Terms

• You cannot use the information in this site for any need which is not agreed because it is owned by Training centre Raya London.
• You cannot copy, post, reproduce or transmit any of the information on this site.
• You can use the site and the information on it only for lawful reasons and purposes.
• In these terms it is used the word “ course” it is to specify the kind of an educational training, its duration and syllabus.
• “Booking” is used to state an individual’s wish to do a course at Training centre Raya London
• When an individual is interested in doing any English language course at Training centre Raya London and this person would like to state this and secure a place in a group, This person has to book a course and pay £50 pounds deposit. This deposit is non- refundable and  the person is allowed to  use it to reserve a place in another group of the same type of course or level.

Cancelation or postpone of a course

• You can cancel or postpone a course under the following conditions:
• When a person cancels a course within 4 weeks before it starts this person may get the money deposit refund.
• When the cancelation is done in less than 4 weeks before the beginning of a course the deposit money are non-refundable.
• Any person can postpone a course and continue it later but this course has to be accomplished within the year it was started.
• If the course is postponed for longer than one year period, training centre Raya London is not due to pay the money for the course refund. The student has to pay for a new course the whole tax payment.
• If a course has been postponed once it cannot be postponed a second time.
• Individual tuition classes can be postponed no more than once.
• Individual tuition class can be postponed with a notice send within 48 hours before the time for the class, via email, text message or phone call to the office.
• If an individual tuition is canceled in less than 48 hours the student has to pay the full amount of the fee for the class.

Any case of an illness or medical reason for a cancelation of a course of to postpone a course will be revised individually and a decision will be made within 10 working day. The student will be informed via email and in personal about the decision.

Training centre Raya London reserves the right to cancel a course if there are no sufficient number of students registered for the course, 8 students in a group.

Training centre Raya London reserves the right to cancel a course if there are any unpredicted circumstances like fires, earthquakes.

Absence and holidays

• You can be absent not more than 20% of the time of the course. If you are absent for more than this time, Training Centre Raya London will not refund the money payed for the course.
• When the student is absent for longer period than 20%, Training centre Raya London is not in charge with the success of the student and your knowledge of the course content.

Training Centre Raya London reserves the right to exclude any individual who breaches these terms and conditions, anybody who has aggressive behavior, who does not respect other students or people working at Training centre Raya London.
